We Value Your Business!
Understanding the home inspection process helps reduce stress and gives you a clear picture of what to expect before, during, and after the inspection. At VA Home Inspect, LLC, our home inspection procedure is designed to be thorough, straightforward, and client-focused—whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner.
Here’s what to expect:
Before the Inspection:
Once your inspection is scheduled, we’ll confirm details like property type, size, and any add-on services requested such as radon or mold testing. We encourage you to attend the inspection if possible so you can ask questions and gain insight in real time.
During the Inspection:
Joseph Najm, a certified and experienced home inspector, personally performs every inspection. He will examine all visible and accessible components, including the roof, structure, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, attic, insulation, and interior features. Photos are taken throughout the process to document findings.
After the Inspection:
You’ll receive a comprehensive digital report the next day, which includes annotated photos, clear summaries, and repair recommendations. The report is organized to help you prioritize what needs immediate attention and what may be a future concern.
The goal of the inspection is not just to identify problems—it’s to give you confidence, clarity, and actionable insight about your potential or current home.
The average inspection takes 2–3 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. You'll receive a comprehensive digital report the next day, including a summary, annotated images, and repair recommendations. Our goal is to give you the clarity you need to make confident decisions.
We work for you—not the realtor or seller—so every report is honest, unbiased, and focused solely on your best interests.
